Our media training will give you the skills you need to effectively talk with reporters about what's at stake here. No experience necessary! We'll teach you everything you need to tell your story effectively to the press

This in-person support group provides a safe and nurturing space

for parents and caretakers. It is a place to listen deeply, learn from the wisdom of others, and realize that we are not alone—that others

truly understand what we are experiencing. Meeting are held in a comfortable, quiet setting where children can play freely, parents can openly share their parenting journeys without judgment, criticism, or unsolicited advice.

East Wenatchee National Night Out

The community is invited to join us for National Night Out on July 30 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at Eastmont Community Park. This fun-filled evening will feature exciting activities for all ages.

Highlights include:

• Free food, drinks, and shave ice. 

• Dunk Tank Theme: Dunk A Deputy 

• Free face paint

• Trucks, cars, equipment from First Responders and those that assist First Responders

• Clear Risk Simulator (must be 18+)

Bridging the Digital Divide: Educational Event on Digital Equity & Access

Join the Grant County CHI and NCW Tech Alliance for an educational half-day event in Moses Lake on digital equity and access!

Digital access is a gateway to healthcare, education, and essential services — but many people in Grant County still experience barriers to these connections.

Join us for a half-day event designed for people working across healthcare, education, public services, and communities. Together we'll build a shared understanding of what digital equity means in our region, why it matters for the people you serve, and what resources and programs already exist to help. Leave ready to better support your clients, patients, and neighbors in getting and staying connected.

Lunch provided. Free and open to the public. Registration is required.

De-Escalation and Conflict Resolution Training - Quincy

Join us for Conflict Resolution Training where you'll learn valuable skills to help you navigate through disagreements. Wenatchee Valley Dispute Resolution Center (WVDRC) will present a full-day, in-person training on the following topics:

1. Listening and communication skills for teams and community engagement

2. Exploration of conflict cycle and management styles

3. De-escalation training

9:00am -4 :00pm with 1 hour lunch break (lunch provided).
