Membership & Regional Meetings

The North Central Early Learning Coalition is a voluntary, public organization. Members are agency and community leaders who are passionate about early childhood education and want to champion action.

Every effort is made to ensure NCELC represents regional, geographic, ethnic, and racial diversity. 

NCELC meets bi-monthly with Hybrid meetings around the region with alternating newsletters.

For 2025-2026 we will meet in person and hybrid online - tentative dates & times below:

  • September 22nd 1:00 - 3:00pm in Grant County

  • November 17th 12:00 - 2:00pm in Okanogan County

  • January 26th from 1:00 - 3:00pm in Chelan County

  • March 23rd from 1:00-3:00pm in Grant County

  • May 25th from 12:00-2:00pm in Okanogan County
